Emma's Journey

Emma is a passionate and multi-faceted wellness practitioner whose journey began in her mid-to-late twenties while running her ethical clothing business. It was during this time she discovered the infinite power of yoga—not just as a physical practice, but as a profound tool for self-investigation, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Over the next decade, she immersed herself deeply in the practice, eventually finding a mentor who encouraged her to weave diverse traditions—such as Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Indonesian Dance, and multi-dimensional philosophies—into her teaching.

With over 500+ hours of certified yoga teacher training and more than 20 years of experience across Europe, Asia, the USA, and the UAE, Emma’s approach is both rooted in tradition and open to innovation. She draws from a variety of styles—Dynamic, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Mobility & Strength—and fuses them with traditional and alternative movement modalities, always adapting to the needs of her clients, whether in private sessions, group classes, retreats, or large-scale events.

In recent years, Emma has expanded her practice to include sound healing and breathwork, modalities that have been incredibly well-received for their ability to restore balance, release tension, and support emotional wellbeing. These offerings have grown rapidly in demand, leading her to collaborate with reformers pilates, other movement studios, wellness clinics and corporates, where she integrates breath-led sound journeys into movement-based sessions, that target both physical recovery and mental rejuvenation.

For Emma, yoga—and the wider spectrum of wellness practices—is for absolutely everyone. She believes that the right approach can help each person find their own balance between body, mind, and spirit. Forever a student herself, she continues to explore, learn, and share, inviting her students to join her in discovering the transformative potential of mindful movement, breath, and sound.
