Powerform is a high-energy fusion of yoga and reformer Pilates designed to elevate strength, movement intelligence, and core control. This class emphasizes intentional, controlled movement, integrating the breath with motion to build strength, stability, and precision.

Each class follows a progressive structure:

  1. Begin with a grounded yoga posture — one of a curated sequence of 8–10 foundational poses.

  2. Reformer integration follows, where you’ll perform dynamic, controlled movements targeting the muscles required to access the full expression of that posture. These movements are repeated up to 5 times, each cycle reinforcing neuromuscular integrity and alignment.

  3. You’ll then return to the original posture, now better prepared, and hold for up to 5 breaths — activating the correct muscles to support your body safely and efficiently through the hold.

  4. The process continues through the sequence, creating a rhythmic, breath-driven journey that strengthens, mobilizes, and refines.
